Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy is part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to all creative production services provided by Creative Cat LLC.
1. How payment works
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a project is paid in two parts: a 50% deposit before work starts and a 50% balance on delivery of the finished ads. Payment is made against an invoice by bank transfer, by credit card through the secure payment link, or through Upwork escrow.
2. Every stage is approved by you
We do not work on a rush basis. Each project moves through written concepts, full scripts and storyboards, and each stage needs your written approval before we go on to the next one. Finished ads are produced only from what you have approved.
3. Cancelling before work has started
If you cancel before we have started work on your project, we refund your deposit in full. Work is considered started once we have begun the first stage of the project (developing the written concepts).
If we cancel, or we are unable to perform the agreed work, we refund in full everything you paid for work that was not delivered.
4. Cancelling after work has started
Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable. It covers the work already done on your project.
5. If the delivered work does not match what you approved
If the delivered ads do not match the concept, script and storyboard you approved, we correct them at no extra charge, as many times as needed, until they match. This is separate from the revision rounds included in your package.
6. Projects paid through Upwork
If you pay through Upwork escrow, Upwork’s own terms and escrow rules also apply to that payment.
7. How to request a refund
Email phil@philgrabowski.com with your invoice number and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If you have a concern about a payment, please contact us first so we can sort it out directly before you open a dispute with your card issuer or bank.
